Golf Packages and Tee Times – Terms and Conditions

For golf packages and tours:

  After receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm your tour.

 

  Payment Terms & Conditions

    ■We kindly require a deposit of 25% of the total amount as soon as your booking has been confirmed and finalized:
 ■Online payment by credit card on our secure server in real time (256-bit encrypted secure socket layer (SSL)

  technology – no storage or manual handling of credit card details). We will issue an invoice with a direct link to

  online payment.
 ■Payment by Paypal – a Paypal payment request will be sent to you should you prefer this payment method..
 ■Fax payment by credit card – just fill in our form with all relevant information and fax back to us – we will then

  charge  your credit card accordingly.
 ■Payment by bank transfer – we will send you our bank details and wiring instructions by email upon booking.

 

  In case of cancellation, we will refund:

    ■75% of the amount paid if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
    ■50% of the amount paid if more than 15 days prior to arrival.
    ■No refund if less than 15 days prior your arrival.

 

  We accept: VISA/Master Card

 

  The outstanding balance shall be paid:

    ■By credit card 30 days prior to arrival  
          -or-
    ■By Paypal 30 days prior to arrival
         -or-
    ■By bank transfer 30 days prior to arrival

    ■Detailed pick up and meeting instructions will be sent by email.
    ■All relevant vouchers will be issued upon receipt of final payment or included in your welcome package on arrival.

 

For group bookings of golf packages and overseas agents tours:

  After receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm your tour.

 

  Payment Terms & Conditions:

 ■We will advise each group’s leader or agent regarding payment terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and

     payment methods.

 ■Detailed golf tour itineraries will be confirmed and sent by email 30 days or more prior to arrival.

 ■All relevant vouchers will be issued upon receipt of final payment or on arrival.

 

For Tee Times:

  After receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm tee-times.

 

  Payment Terms & Conditions

    ■We kindly require a deposit of 25% of the total amount as soon as your booking has been confirmed:

 ■Online payment by credit card on our secure server in real time (128-bit encrypted secure socket layer (SSL)

       technology – no storage or manual handling of credit card details).

       We will issue a direct link and instuctions for using our online payment system.

 ■Payment by Paypal – a Paypal payment request will be sent to you should you prefer this payment method..

 ■Fax payment by credit card – just fill in our form with all relevant information and fax back to us – we will then

       charge your credit card accordingly.

 ■Payment by bank transfer – we will send you our bank details and wiring instructions by email upon booking

       confirmation.

 ■The outstanding 75% shall be paid 14 days prior to arrival by credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.

 ■We will then issue all relevant vouchers, along with detailed pick up and meeting instructions.

 

    In case of cancellation, we will refund:

 ■50% of your payment if at least 72 hours prior your tee time.

 ■No refund for cancellation if less than 72 hours prior your tee time or no show.
